Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP) Now on Secure Provider Portal

Effective February 1, 2024, the member’s Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP) will be available in Iowa Total Care’s Secure Provider Portal. Iowa Total Care will upload the PCSP into the provider portal instead of sending it directly to you. If you would like the PCSP emailed or mailed, please contact the member’s case manager.

Directions to access the PCSP in the portal:

1.       To find a member, click Eligibility.

2.       Enter the member’s state ID and date of birth.

3.       Click Check Eligibility.

4.       Click View Details under the member’s name.

5.       Click Document Upload.

6.       Click Document Review.

• Document Category – choose Quality Management from the drop down.
• Document Type – if this field appears, choose Other from the drop down.
• Date Range – pick a date span within the last 3 months to the current date, unless
  you need to review an older plan.
• Click Search Documents.
