Iowa Total Care To Send Home Health Authorizations to CareBridge

Effective 1/3/2025, Iowa Total Care will begin sending home health authorizations to CareBridge.

This change will allow Iowa Total Care to align with other Managed Care Organizations and the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services on authorization processes. If using a third-party electronic visit verification vendor, please consult with them to ensure files sent to CareBridge are configured correctly.
